Recovering from a stroke requires lots of dedication and hard work. All brain injuries effects people differently; these are the exercises that helped me. First thing, don’t start with difficult exercises. It takes time to rewire and train the brain to do new tasks. Choose an exercise that you can do at least 3-5 times a day with many repetitions.
